High Stakes Fishing Charter Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
- We must receive a deposit of $200 to hold your date for you.
- We must receive a deposit of $500 per day for multiple day bookings.
- We will refund 100% of your deposit if you cancel your trip 7 days prior to your trip.
- If you must cancel your fishing reservation within 7 days, we will try to make arrangements for another date with your deposit.
- Cancellations of less than 7 days are non-refundable.
- If we cancel a trip for any reason, a 100% refund will be made if another date cannot be arranged to your satisfaction.
- We can recommend Key West resorts/hotels/motels and guest house accommodations.
- Tips are greatly appreciated and are a very real part of the income of the crew. 20% is recommended.
- We will clean, filet and package the fish you wish to keep at no additional charge.
